Effective Date: 27 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of fastweave.com and any purchases made through the website. In these Terms, “FastWeave,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aurevia International Limited.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.
3. Products and Availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing processes, or natural material variations. Products are subject to availability. We may correct genuine errors in descriptions, prices, or availability before accepting an order and will give you an opportunity to confirm or cancel any affected order.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Charges
The applicable currency, item price, taxes, shipping charges, and total amount are shown at checkout before you place your order. You are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes not collected at checkout, where permitted by law. Price changes apply only to future orders.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When placing an order, you must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request but does not by itself mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or when the goods are dispatched, whichever occurs first.
Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is reasonably suspected, or fulfilment would violate applicable law. If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you authorise us and our payment service providers to charge the total amount shown. Payment may be subject to additional checks by the payment provider or card issuer.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery methods, restrictions, charges, and estimated timeframes are shown during checkout or in our published shipping information. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a material delay occurs, we will provide information and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, risk in physical goods passes to you when you or a person you nominate takes possession of them.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains the applicable process and any product-specific conditions. Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits any mandatory right or remedy you have for goods that are faulty, unsafe, materially different from their description, or otherwise non-compliant. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless you agree otherwise or applicable law requires another method.
9. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for information submitted through your account. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website contrary to applicable law, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, product designs, and software are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. No content may be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without the relevant owner’s prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
12. Warranties and Consumer Rights
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but this does not affect your rights concerning products you purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy, warranty, guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to those exceptions and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Our aggregate liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance. If the delay becomes substantial, you may cancel the affected unfulfilled order and receive a refund where required by applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Bahamas. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence. The courts of The Bahamas have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you may have to bring proceedings in another competent court. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in law, our services, or business practices. The version in effect when your order is accepted applies to that order. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
17. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies linked from them and the information shown at checkout, form the agreement relating to your order.
18. Contact and Complaints
Questions, complaints, and legal notices may be sent to aurevia@aurevia-international.com, by phone at +1 787 592 6375, or by post to Aurevia International Limited, Suite 11, The Bayparl Building, Parliament Street, Nassau, Bahamas.
